A Guiding Light in ABA Therapy

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our highly-trained Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) are supervised by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and provide extensive care and support individuals in learning new skills. Services include the following:

Lighthouse Behavior Services

The mission of Lighthouse Behavior Services is to provide positive methods for learning academic, social, and independent living skills to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other intellectual disabilities.

Assessment

Conduct the initial assessment which includes direct observation, interview with caretakers, and formal assessments that will be used to formulate a Behavior Treatment Plan specific to our member’s needs.

In-Home Therapy

Deliver personalized in-home therapy (virtual appointments also available)

Training

Counsel, train, support family members and direct care staff

Coordination

Coordinate with direct support staff, teachers, employers and health professionals working with our members to ensure continuity of care.

Assistance

Assist with daily activities including transportation to school/activities, or supplemental daycare/preschool support

Individual must have an Autism and/or Neurodivergent Diagnosis 

Referral from Health Care Provider (Primary Care Physician, Pediatrician or Psychiatrist)

ABOUT

Erica Hopkins-White, M.S., BCBA
Specialty  | Applied Behavior Analysis
A licensed behavior analyst for the State of Tennessee and has served individuals with special needs since 2009. Prior to becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, Erica received her Master of Counseling with a concentration in School Counseling from The University of Memphis in 2008 and her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Christian Brothers University in 2005.  Mrs. Hopkins-White was born and raised in Memphis, TN, graduating from Whitehaven High School. She has a passion for mentorship and education, working with various nonprofit agencies supporting the development of leadership skills in youth and young adults across the city for more than a decade. ​
